"Perfecto Prosecco Extra Dry Sparkling White Wine is obtained from the Prosecco grape using the Charmet method. It is less dry than Brut, making it ideal as an apertif or for those who prefer a softer taste on the palate. The winery, Bellussi Spumanti SRL, is located in Valdobbiadene about 30 miles from Venice in the heart of the Prosecco district. It is a mild, sparkling wine with a fruity bouquet." Winemaker's Notes
