Bushel Organic Negroni

Ingredients:

1 oz Bushel Organic Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Dolin sweet vermouth
Orange peel, for garnish
Ice
Instructions:

Fill a rocks glass with ice.
In a mixing glass, combine 1 oz Bushel Organic Gin, 1 oz Campari, and 1 oz Dolin sweet vermouth.
Add ice to the mixing glass and stir well for about 20-30 seconds.
Strain the Negroni mixture into the ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with an orange peel by squeezing the oils over the drink and rubbing the peel around the rim of the glass.
Serve and enjoy!
